European Cheestories arrive at the IDDBA Show

European cheestories were present at one of the most important food industry trade shows in the USA: the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA).

The show, aimed at retailers, wholesalers, intermediaries, distributors and other food industry professionals, took place from June 4 to 6, 2023, at the Anaheim Convention Center.

A unique opportunity to discover to food industry professionals all the quality, flavor, culture, tradition and history behind European cheeses from Spain.

At our stand, we had the «Table Shows», where our chef par excellence, Alberto Astudillo, cooked recipes inspired by American gastronomy with European cheeses as protagonists.

We also launched the «Table Talks», through which our cheese expert, Jacobe Varela, transported us to southern Europe, where we traveled from the green mountains of Asturias to the meadows of La Mancha through #Cheestories about the care and delicacy of the production of exquisite European cheeses.

In addition, at our stand, there was no shortage of European cheese tastings, such as the PDO Cabrales, the PDO Manchego cheese, the Iberian type cheese, the PDO San Simón Da Costa, the PDO Mahón-Menorca, the PDO Queso Majorero, the PDO Queso Camerano cheese and the PDO Queso de Murcia al Vino.
