WINTER FANCY FAIRE
Location: San Diego, California
Taking place at the San Diego Convention Center, this is the inaugural Winter Fancy Faire, a reimagined specialty food trade show by the Specialty Food Association. The show blends traditional exhibit hall activities with “expanded experiences” like offsite tastings, neighborhood restaurant activations, community‑events, and immersive buyer and trend insights.

GOOD FOOD MERCANTILE
Location: New York City, New York
The Summer Fancy Food Show is North America’s premier trade fair for specialty foods and beverages, hosted by the Specialty Food Association. Held over three days in New York City, it brings together thousands of makers, buyers, brokers, and distributors to discover new products, network, and forge business deals.
In 2025, the show featured ~2,500 exhibitors from 59 countries and welcomed over 32,000 industry professionals.

NATIONAL RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION SHOW
Location: Chicago, Illinois
The National Restaurant Association Show (NRA Show) in Chicago is the largest annual gathering for the foodservice and hospitality industry in the U.S. Held at McCormick Place, it features thousands of exhibitors showcasing innovations in food, equipment, and technology. Attendees include restaurant owners, chefs, distributors, and global brands from over 100 countries.

PRESS TRIP – DISCOVER EUROPEAN CHEESTORIES WITH CHEESES FROM SPAIN
Location: Castilla la Mancha, Extremadura, Castilla León & Asturias, Spain
We made a press trip for several journalists from different U.S. media going to strategic places in the Cheese Route from southern Europe: the places were cows, goats and sheeps live in, the industries were the milk is trated and the cheese producers take care of them until they’re read to be served in every table.
