The European Cheestories at the National Restaurant Show

From May 17 to 20, 2025, the European Cheestories were present at the National Restaurant Show (NRA) in Chicago.

One of the world’s most important trade fairs for the restaurant and food industry, where every year, new trends in the sector come to life.

A great showcase that brings together thousands of exhibitors, buyers, chefs, and industry experts, both from the United States and internationally, to present the latest innovations in products, services, and technologies for the food and beverage industry.

A key platform to discover the latest market trends, exchange ideas with other professionals in the sector, being a crucial meeting point on the development and innovation within the food industry.

On this stage, we showcased the quality, variety, history and tradition of some of the most emblematic European cheeses, such as D.O.P Arzúa-Ulloa, D.O.P Murcia al Vino, D.O.P Idiazabal, D.O.P Manchego… and many more.
