The European Cheestories at World’s of flavor

From November 8 to 10, 2023, we were present at World’s of flavor, the most prestigious congress in the United States and one of the most important in the world.

This major international event, organized by the Culinary Institute of America and held in Napa Valley, California, brings together every year the most important players in the food industry, and is a great opportunity to discover new products, such as European cheeses.

The conference combined general sessions, seminars, tastings, cooking workshops and tastings, such as the one offered by our master cheesemaker, Angelica Intriago, Vice President at Despana Brand Foods.

Through this tasting the attendees were able to taste some of the most important European cheeses, such as:

1. European Blue Cheeses:

In addition to tasting them, attendees received different kits and information about European cheeses, discovering all their quality, flavor, versatility and variety, as well as all the culture, history and tradition behind them.

As if that were not enough, we also launched an activation that linked our stand with our social networks, encouraging attendees to follow us to discover everything about European cheeses, receiving a board of our cheeses as a gift.
